Rugg Sports Complex Repairs-Kilgore Road, South Paris

The Town of Paris, through the Paris Parks and Recreation Department, is accepting sealed bids for the following:

Equipment sheds: Repair

Dugouts: Repair

Announcer’s Tower: Demo

Contractors are responsible for reviewing site conditions prior to submitting bids. All labor, materials, equipment, disposal, and associated work necessary to complete the project shall be included in the bid price.

Sealed bids shall be submitted in writing and clearly marked, “Rugg Sports Complex Repairs Bid” and mailed or delivered to:

Town of Paris\ Attn: Rugg Sports Complex Repairs Bid\ 33 Market Square\ South Paris, ME 04281

Bids must be received no later than Monday, April 13, 2026, at 5:00pm

Bids will be publicly opened and selected at the scheduled Select Board meeting on April 13, 2026, at 6:00pm, at the Town Office.

The Municipal Officers reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to award the bid in the best interest of the Town of Paris.
